Description
Whipped feta with a calm, confident heat: I blend the chili with olive oil first so the heat is clean and even, then whip in feta and yogurt until it turns silky and airy. After a short chill it sets into the perfect meze—lush, tangy, and ready for warm pita or fries. 🔥🧀
Steps
Emulsify the heat
- 1Blend fresh chili, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, and a small pinch of salt until completely smooth.
Whip
- 2Add feta and yogurt. Blend to your preferred texture (silky smooth or slightly rustic).
Chill & finish
- 3Cover and chill 60–90 min to set the body. Taste; adjust salt or heat. Pulse 5 seconds before service.
