Standard food orders
- Once prepared, food orders are generally non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. If something isn’t right, please speak to us on the day and we’ll make it right.
- For advance orders, cancellations made 24+ hours before collection/service may be refunded in full.
Event bookings (trailer/catering)
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure the date; it’s deducted from the final balance.
- Cancellation by client:
- 14+ days before event: full refund of deposit/fees.
- 7–13 days: 50% refund of deposit; any special-order costs are non-refundable.
- 0–6 days: deposit non-refundable; we’ll try to reschedule where possible.
- Cancellation by us: Full refund of amounts paid (or free reschedule) if we must cancel for reasons within our control.
- Weather & safety: We may adjust, pause or reschedule if conditions are unsafe. We’ll work with you on the best alternative.
- Balance & headcount: Final numbers due 7 days prior. Significant increases may affect pricing.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we made a mistake or something is not as described, contact us within 48 hours with details and photos where relevant. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
Gift cards & vouchers
Non-refundable except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@sticksnstones.ie with your name, order/booking number, date and reason.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).
