1. About us

2. Using our site & services

• By accessing the site or placing a booking/order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your booking/order applies to that booking/order.
• You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to contract with us.

3. Orders, bookings & pricing

• All orders/bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices include taxes where applicable and may change without notice until confirmed at checkout/contract.
• Deposits may be required for events. See Refunds & Cancellations for details.

4. Allergens & dietary information

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering/booking. While we take care, cross-contamination risks can exist in mobile/event environments.

5. Events & onsite requirements

• Access & power/water: Client is responsible for providing suitable access and any agreed utilities unless otherwise specified.
• Permits: Client must ensure any venue permissions and local requirements are satisfied.
• Weather & safety: We may adjust service or pause for safety in severe weather or hazardous conditions.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) handle card details directly.

8. Gift cards & vouchers

Unless stated otherwise, gift cards are non-refundable, valid for 5 years (or as required by law), and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or infringe third-party rights.

10. Intellectual property

All content is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our total liability arising from any order/booking to the amount paid for that order/booking.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, utility outages, transport disruption).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where relevant.
